We’re making important changes to our pharmacy program.

  • Watch for your new ID card to arrive before the end of the year.
  • Some members will see changes in their prescription coverage for certain drugs and supplies. If you’re affected, we will notify you about changes by mail.
  • You will continue to have access to a broad network of pharmacies.

What you need to know.

Starting January 1, 2017, we’re making important changes to our pharmacy program. This change will help keep health care costs as low as possible for everyone, while continuing to make sure you have access to safe, affordable and effective prescriptions.

Our pharmacy program for members with Individual and Family Plan coverage transitioned earlier, starting September 1, 2016.

Go Mobile! New digital tools.

Starting January 1, 2017, you’ll have access to new digital tools and resources, including a new mobile app. These tools can help you manage your prescription benefits on the go.

Individual and Family Plan members have access to these new tools starting September 1, 2016.
